Returns & Shipping Policies
At Nature’s Indulgence we maintain a strict standard of high-quality artisan products. If you find for whatever reason (other than that it’s all gone!), that you are unhappy with the product you ordered, we provide a 100% refund or direct exchange policy for the defective product.
In the case of shipped items, we are happy to provide a pre-paid return label through our friends at FedEx, which can be provided by contacting our email at Info@NaturesIndulgence.com.
Refunds and exchanges are issued at the time of receiving the returned product.
We ship primarily using FedEx services, and in the case of PO Boxes, we will use USPS. Upon request, we do provide the option to use a customer’s shipping account or alternative shipping methods. All orders are shipped once payment information is approved.
We are always happy to provide our customers with the freshest granola, however this may mean that we need time to bake a new batch to fulfill an order. In the case that we are unable to ship within the next business day from the time of purchase, we will contact you and inform you of a delayed shipment as soon as possible, and if necessary provide a refund for the product.
